In the afternoon, arrive at Merzouga and prepare for an authentic camel trek into the Sahara Desert. Watch the sunset over the dunes, enjoy a traditional Berber dinner, drum circle, and sleep in a nomadic desert tent under millions of stars.
After an early wake up to watch the sunrise, you will ride your camels back to your hotel for taking a shower and eat breakfast, and head to Todra gorges via the dramatic stony desert, the palmeries of Rissani known for its largest market in the south and Erfoud (capital of the fossiles). Next destination is to Tinghir and the lush valley of Todra where you will have a little hike along the narrow and high cliffs of Todra.
