Day 1: Rabat – Chefchaouen

Upon arrival in Rabat, the political capital of Morocco, meet your private driver and enjoy a guided city tour. Visit the Kasbah of the Oudaya overlooking the Bou Regreg River, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower, the minaret of an unfinished 12th-century mosque. After lunch, travel north through the scenic Rif Mountains toward Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City.” Enjoy free time to wander the blue-washed streets and panoramic viewpoints. Overnight in a riad in Chefchaouen with breakfast.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Akchour – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day excursion to Akchour, known for its beautiful waterfalls, mountain trails, and natural bridges. Optional light hiking and time to relax in nature.
Return to Chefchaouen in the afternoon for free time to explore the medina, Plaza Uta el-Hammam, and local handicraft shops. Overnight in Chefchaouen with breakfast.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, depart toward the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore ancient mosaics, arches, and remains dating back to the 3rd century. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Visit Bab Mansour, Sahrij Swani, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, drive to Fes, the spiritual capital of Morocco. Overnight in a riad in Fes with breakfast.

Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes

Enjoy a full-day guided tour of Fes. Visit the Royal Palace gates, then explore Fes el-Bali, a UNESCO-listed medieval medina. Discover Al Quaraouiyine University, Al Attarine Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, and the Chouara Tanneries. In the afternoon, visit the Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and enjoy panoramic views over the city. Overnight in Fes with breakfast.

 Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt

After breakfast, travel toward the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” then continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary macaques. Cross the Middle Atlas landscapes and Berber villages before arriving in Midelt.
Dinner and overnight in Midelt.

Day 6: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga (Camel Trek)

After breakfast, journey through the dramatic Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views of palm groves and gorges. Arrive in Merzouga, at the edge of the Sahara Desert. Begin a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, enjoying sunset over the dunes. Dinner, traditional Berber music, and stargazing around the campfire. Overnight in a luxury desert camp.

Day 7: Merzouga – Desert Exploration

After breakfast, explore the Merzouga region by 4×4. Visit nomadic families, the village of Khamlia for Gnawa music, and desert oases. Afternoon at leisure to relax, sandboard, or enjoy the dunes. Dinner and overnight in Merzouga (hotel or desert lodge).

Day 8: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Early morning optional sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, depart toward Rissani, visiting the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum. Continue through Berber villages to the impressive Todra Gorges, where sheer canyon walls tower overhead. Proceed to the Dades Valley, stopping at scenic viewpoints and the “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Dinner and overnight in Dades Valley.

Day 9: Dades Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, travel through Kalaat M’Gouna, the Valley of Roses. Continue to the Skoura Oasis, famous for palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” and visit the Taourirt Kasbah. Overnight in Ouarzazate with breakfast.

Day 10: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

After breakfast, visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continue through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with scenic stops and a visit to a local argan oil cooperative. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. Overnight in a riad or hotel in Marrakech with breakfast.

 Day 11: Guided Tour of Marrakech

Enjoy a guided city tour of Marrakech. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs. Explore the colorful souks of the medina and enjoy free time at Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, alive with performers and food stalls. Afternoon at leisure for shopping, hammam, or optional excursions. Overnight in Marrakech with breakfast.

Day 12: Marrakech – Departure
